Butler County Parks & Recreation's Candy Cane Cruise is a drive-thru evening for young children: families drive past the department's holiday light displays on the Odd Fellows Loop, and every registered child receives candy canes in various flavors and a bag of gifts from Santa. It runs Friday, November 20, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, starting at the Odd Fellows Gazebo; drive up to the registration tent on the right-hand side for instructions. Children can come dressed in holiday outfits or pajamas. Registration is per child: $10 for ages 1–10, and babies under 12 months are free but must still be registered. Sign up on the county's RecDesk site by November 19; a 2.5% processing fee applies to online and credit-card payments, and the department has a no-refund policy. The program is capped at 145 children.
