Jennings staff introduce Project Squirrel, a community science effort in which anyone can record squirrels they see at home, school or in a park to help scientists understand how neighbourhood ecology is changing. Participants learn general identification tips and how to upload observations and photos to the Project Squirrel app or website. Children, families and classrooms are explicitly welcome. The session is free with no registration, starting at 2 pm in the center classroom; questions go to Jennings at 724-794-6011.
