Putt-a-palooza is a nine-hole mini golf course inside MuseumLab, the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh's space for older kids. The course originated at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art: each custom hole, designed by the artist duo A Couple of Putts and built by 3DX Scenic, is based on a different artwork from The Westmoreland's collection, with reproductions displayed around the course. MuseumLab is open free on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 pm, and its exhibits and programs are free to explore; the Gymlacium climbing sculpture and weekend workshops cost extra. The course can also be booked for parties and private events.
