Jennings Environmental Education Center and 3MJC open the historic Foltz School, a recently restored one-room schoolhouse on the edge of the Jennings property along Route 8, for an open-house afternoon. Docents explain the school's history and there are interactive displays for children to explore, a good way to show kids what school looked like generations ago. No fee or registration is needed, and parking and restrooms are available on site during the 12–4 pm open hours.
