The Nutcracker is Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center's longest-standing holiday tradition. The Midland arts center presents Tchaikovsky's ballet, following Clara on her magical Christmas Eve adventure, with music that includes 'Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy,' 'March' and 'Waltz of the Flowers,' and invites families to make it part of their holiday season. Six performances run in the MainStage Theater over two weekends, December 11–13 and 18–20, 2026: Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sunday at 2:00 pm, with the Sunday matinees as the daytime choice for younger children. Tickets are sold online through the center's OvationTix box office; prices are not printed on the events page, and the box office can be reached at (724) 576-4644.
