Late-Night Basketball is a City of Gresham-sponsored recreation program that runs every Friday and Saturday night at Reynolds Middle School through June 30, 2027. Middle schoolers play from 6 to 8 p.m. and high schoolers from 8 to 10 p.m., and players of all skill levels are welcome. Sessions are led by Michael Holton Inc.; Holton was a four-year varsity letterman at UCLA, played six seasons in the NBA and later coached at the University of Portland, Oregon State and UCLA. Players should bring a water bottle, basketball shoes and comfortable athletic clothing. Registration is through the city's online sign-up form linked from the event page, and questions go to the city's program contact. The page does not mention a fee. It gives teens a supervised place to play on weekend evenings, including over winter break.
