To celebrate Coachella Valley Days of Los Muertos, Sunnylands and Audubon California host a Spanish-language bird walk at the Sunnylands Center & Gardens in Rancho Mirage on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 8:45 am. The walk is led by Edeli Gonzalez of the Friends of the Desert Mountains, an alumna of the Salton Sea Leadership Program. It is free for all guests and tagged family friendly and suitable for students. Bring water, sun protection, binoculars and comfortable closed-toe shoes; binoculars can be requested at the front desk.
