In this teen-led Science Lab at the San Lorenzo Library, kids bend, shape and light up electroluminescent (EL) wire to make glowing art while learning the science behind how it works. The hour-long workshop is designed for children 6 to 12. Supplies are limited, so registration is requested; registered kids should arrive within the first five minutes or their spot goes to walk-ins. The registration list showed full when checked, so walk-in spots are the best bet.
