During the City of University Place's annual Christmas Tree Lighting, the University Place library stays open late and invites families into its large meeting room to decorate a snowflake and chat with neighbors. It is a relaxed, all-ages craft break to pair with the tree lighting outside at Market Square. The craft room is open from 5 to 6:30 pm on Friday, December 4, and taking part is free.
