A free family holiday party at Parks Tacoma's Center at Norpoint in Northeast Tacoma, with holiday-themed crafts, games, treats and more. It is a drop-in afternoon for the whole family; no registration or tickets are mentioned. It runs for three hours, from 2 to 5 pm on Saturday, December 5, at the Center at Norpoint on Nassau Avenue NE, so families can arrive any time in the window and stay as long as the kids like. Parks Tacoma holds a second Holiday Blast at Eastside Community Center on December 19.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read via Cloudflare Browser Run (parkstacoma.gov shows a Cloudflare challenge to curl); dates and times cross-checked against the site's own Events Calendar JSON feed (/wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events), which prints America/Los_Angeles times. The page gives little detail beyond the activity list.
