Shoreline Parks invites young children to dress up and spend a morning playing in the Spartan Recreation Center gym, which is set up as an indoor playground for a Halloween costume party. Play equipment includes slides, teeter-totters, climbing toys, mini basketball hoops and bikes, so toddlers and preschoolers can burn off energy in costume on a fall morning. The party is for ages 5 and under with their grown-ups. It runs for two hours on the morning before Halloween weekend. The city's page does not print a fee.
