Pierce County Library's Bonney Lake branch hosts its first-ever winter ball for the youngest patrons. Babies, toddlers and preschoolers dress up and come with their grown-ups for snacks, dancing, socializing and a penguin craft. It is part of the library's Play Time series, open-ended and child-led sessions where children explore at their own pace while caregivers see how play supports learning. Runs 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on a Tuesday in mid-December; no registration is required according to the library calendar.
