The Kraken Skating Academy offers a two-day Thanksgiving Week Youth Camp with one hour of on-ice instruction each day: Monday, November 23 from 6:00 to 7:00pm and Tuesday, November 24 from 5:45 to 6:45pm. All skaters, new and returning, may join; new skaters ages 3-6 register for Cuttlefish #1 and ages 7-17 for Bigfin #1, and placement is evaluated on the first day. Levels offered include Cuttlefish 1-4, Bigfin 1-3, Power Skating 1-2 and Emerald Edge groups. The price is $100 for the two-day camp and rental skates are included with registration. Helmets are mandatory. An adult clinic runs in the following hour on both days.
