Pegasus Puppet Theatre performs Snow Soup, a musical retelling of the French folktale Stone Soup set in the snowy Arctic. A clever arctic fox, a lemming, a walrus, puffins, a polar bear and a magical narwhal persuade one another to share a little food so everyone can eat, a story about generosity, community and looking past stereotypes. The 45-minute show is part of the library's Ready Reader programming for new and emerging readers and suits preschoolers through elementary children and their families.
