Kids design a winter scene in a box using the library's art supplies and their own imagination, at a Sunday-afternoon STEAM for Kids Discovery Lab session in Gig Harbor. The series is meant to spark curiosity and let children lead their own projects, so expect open-ended making rather than a set craft. One hour, drop-in. It takes place from 1:30 to 2:30 pm on Sunday, December 13, and is free for elementary-age kids, tweens and families.
