Creative Suitland Arts Center turns Halloween afternoon into a free, relaxed art workshop. In Brush Pen & Chill Studio: Halloween Edition, instructors lead participants step by step through bold artworks made with easy-to-use brush pens, in a snack-and-paint style session, and costumes are encouraged. The workshop runs on Saturday, October 31 from noon to 2 p.m. The county lists it for all ages and describes it as perfect for ages six and up. It is part of Prince George's Parks' Arts on a Roll programming, and the Register Here link on the event page is the way to sign up. The arts center is at 4719 Silver Hill Road in Suitland.
