The Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center throws a glow-in-the-dark costume party for kids ages 5 to 12 on the night before Halloween. Children come in costume for spooky crafts, glowing activities and a dance party where everything lights up. The fee is $36 and registration is required, so this works as a structured, indoor Halloween night for elementary-age children.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked or JS-only). Browser rendered PWC times in Asia/Shanghai (+13 h after Nov 1); times converted back to Eastern and cross-checked where the body text states hours. Department listing showed 2026-10-31 (browser-time date); event page shows Friday, October 30. Times removed at review: the site rendered them in the viewer time zone, so the event-local time is not confirmed.
