On selected Chicago Public Schools days off, Griffin MSI runs single-day STE(A)M camps from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each day has its own theme, mixing hands-on building with time in the museum's exhibits. In this window: Bots R Us on Monday, November 2 (grades K–3, build and train a robot, from basic circuits to programming); Circuit Benders on Tuesday, November 3 (grades K–3, circuit systems that move); Fiber Artists on Wednesday, November 11 (grades K–3, crafting tools and techniques); and Space Artists on Monday, January 4, 2027 (grades K–3, missions to the Moon, Mars and beyond). The fee is $100 per camper ($90 for members), and campers bring their own lunch. Register per session on the camp page.
