Kids Night Out is a drop-off evening for children ages 4 to 10 at the Vaughan Athletic Center in Aurora, run by the Fox Valley Park District from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Each month has its own theme, and the three hours are filled with arts and crafts, active party games and a pizza dinner, so parents get an evening free while kids socialize with friends. Children must be bathroom independent and should bring their own water bottle. Two dates fall in this window, November 13 and December 11, and each night is registered separately online. The fee is $25 for residents and $35 for non-residents.
