The City of Whitehall and the Whitehall Division of Police present Trunk-or-Treat, billed as a safe and family-friendly alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. The city's calendar lists it for Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m., and the city's Trunk-or-Treat page names New Life Church, 441 S. Yearling Road, as the location. Families stroll past a lineup of decorated car trunks collecting free candy, and the city also promises pumpkins, a touch-a-truck, music, games and a chance to meet local first responders, with fun for all ages; the page invites Whitehall's little ghouls and goblins to come along. The event page itself still says the 2026 date is coming soon, so confirm with the city at 614-338-3100 before you go.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Date and time from the City of Whitehall CivicPlus calendar (EID=4105: 'Thursday, October 29, 2026', 5:00–7:00 PM; location given only as 'Whitehall, OH 43213'). Venue and description from the city's Trunk-or-Treat page (/607), which still reads '2026 TRUNK OR TREAT DATE COMING SOON' above 'New Life Church, 441 S. Yearling Road' — the date and the 2026 venue are not confirmed on the same page, hence needs_confirmation. whitehall-oh.us returns a Cloudflare 403 to curl; the same CivicPlus site answers on oh-whitehall.civicplus.com. Phone is the City Hall number printed in the site footer.
