Local artists from EPIC Arts Clay Studio help children paint ceramic holiday ornaments at the Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Schlagle Library. Each registered child learns about painting with ceramic underglazes and decorates two pre-formed ornaments, which are fired at EPIC's studio and returned to the library for pickup about three weeks later, in time for the holidays. Ages 4 and up; children 9 and under must have an adult in the classroom, but adults should let the children do the painting. Each child must register individually. Wednesday, December 2, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
