An all-day, self-paced Halloween scavenger hunt at the Las Vegas Natural History Museum on Saturday, October 31. The museum's skeleton mascot, Mr. Bones, has left pieces of himself hidden throughout the exhibits, and families explore the galleries to track the bones down and identify each missing part. As they hunt, visitors pick up facts about skeletal anatomy and why bones matter for movement, protection and structure in both humans and animals. It is recommended for all ages and is designed as a way for families to explore together, practice observation skills and add some mystery to a museum visit. The hunt runs from 9 am to 4 pm and is included with museum admission or membership, so families can join whenever they arrive.
