West Las Vegas Library sets up Starlab, a portable inflatable dome that delivers an immersive 360-degree interactive planetarium show, so children can explore planets, stars, constellations and space missions without leaving the neighborhood. The 30-minute experience is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade and their caregivers. Tickets are free and handed out to people waiting in line 15 minutes before show time; everyone in your party must be in line. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a caregiver 14 or older. Participants sit cross-legged on the floor for the whole show, and the library notes the visuals may cause motion sickness for some.
