A winter-break craft at East Las Vegas Library where families make waterless snow globes, a mess-free twist on the traditional craft that kids can shake as much as they like. Staff walk participants through how to assemble the globe and its wintry scene in about an hour. The library lists the program for all ages, from babies and toddlers with a caregiver up to teens. It is free and open to the public; supplies are limited, so come at the start.
