World of Illumination

World of Illumination brings its drive-through Christmas light show to the Cowabunga Bay Water Park grounds in Henderson for the 2026 season. This year's theme is a jungle safari: families stay in their own car and follow a route past a peacock-feather vortex tunnel, oversized palm-tree wreaths, flying reindeer and a T-Rex scene, with a synced soundtrack playing through the car stereo. The organizer says the show is brand new each season, so returning families will see different displays from last year. One ticket covers the whole vehicle, whatever the number of passengers, which makes it an easy outing with grandparents or a car full of cousins. Tickets are sold online only and in advance, for a set date; at the time of checking the ticket button still read "Coming soon" and prices vary by night. The show runs rain or shine, Tuesday through Sunday, from 6 to 10 pm, and a drive-through takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes. Because everyone stays in the car, it works well for toddlers and babies in car seats.
