South Philadelphia's Día de los Muertos celebration fills Sunday, November 1, 2026, in two parts. From 11 am to 5 pm the Association of Mexican Business Owners of Philadelphia runs the daytime festivities on 9th Street between Federal and Christian Streets. From 4 to 9 pm La Calaca Flaca organizes the evening celebration at Fleisher Art Memorial, 719 Catharine Street, held outdoors in Fleisher's parking lot 'under the stars'. The bilingual Spanish and English listing describes a full day of color, culture and community honoring loved ones who have died. The listing does not print an admission fee, a performance schedule, children's activities or a rain plan; Fleisher's calendar carries the whole day as 11 am to 9 pm, and families can attend either part.
