East Passyunk Avenue spends Halloween itself on its Fall Fest, Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11 am to 4 pm, presented by Nice Things Handmade and the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID). A vendor market fills the Avenue between Morris and Dickinson Streets, the South Broad Street Neighborhood Association runs The Great Pumpkin Carve from 11 am to 3 pm, and there is live music and a doggie costume contest. For children the main draw is the Creepy Crawl: trick-or-treating at participating Avenue businesses that starts at 11 am and runs until the candy runs out; the organizer's page posts a map of participating Creepy Crawl locations. No admission fee or registration is mentioned for the festival. Parking is offered at the Constitution Health parking garage across the street for $10 a day. The Avenue's Witch Craft Crawl, promoted on the same page, is a separate ticketed evening crawl with seasonal brews and cocktails at bars, restaurants and shops.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
The organizer page prints 'Saturday, October 31st' without a year; October 31 is a Saturday in 2026 (a Friday in 2025) and the same page promotes the 17th annual Witch Craft Crawl, so the block is the 2026 edition. The page lists a doggie costume contest; no children's costume contest is printed. Phone is the EPABID office.
