- Drug Free Cecil
Drug Free Cecil hosts a Spooktacular Fall Festival at Elkton High School, 110 James Street, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11 am to 1 pm. The listing calls it a community Halloween event and drug take-back, and its program combines a trunk or treat for children with a drug and vape take-back, a resource fair, demonstrations and emergency vehicles on display, 'and more'. Families can trick-or-treat from car to car in costume and see the emergency vehicles up close at the same stop. The Cecil County calendar listing does not give a fee, registration, age guidance or rain plan.
