Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District turns the pool at Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center in Beaverton into a movie theater for a Friday evening: families swim and float while a film plays, shown with closed captioning. It is a good way to start a weekend with kids who love the water. Regular daily drop-in pool rates apply, and the center can tell you which movie is showing and the current fees if you call 503-629-6313. Usual pool rules for young children and swimmers apply.
