Creative-reuse workshop with SCRAP PDX at Capitol Hill Library. Crafters design zany, unique karts from reused materials, learn how to make working wheels and axles, and can race the finished karts. Participants learn the benefits of creative reuse through different crafting techniques. The event is first come, first served because space is limited.
