In the week between Christmas and New Year's, Woodstock Library hosts accordionist and singer Maeve Stier for a 30-minute educational music performance on Wednesday, December 30, at 1 p.m. Maeve shows how an accordion works, teaches songs and gets kids to join in sing-alongs. The library says the program is intended for children with trusted adults, so grown-ups stay and sing along too. It takes place in the library's large community room on SE 49th Avenue, and the library's calendar shows no registration step.
