What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read the LibCal event page; address and phone from the city's Happy Valley Library page. The page text says registration is not required (RSVP optional) while the LibCal form block also shows generic 'online event' and 'Registration is required. There are 48 spots available.' boilerplate; treated as an in-person drop-in with optional RSVP. Confirm before relying on seats.
