Part of the 11th Annual Menlo Park Storytelling Festival, this free program at Belle Haven Library features storyteller, radio host and podcaster Hana Baba sharing folktales from Sudan, accompanied by music on the oud. Hana grew up with these stories in her Sudanese American home and uses them to introduce listeners to magical tales from East Africa. The session runs 45 minutes on Sunday, October 18, 2026, and the festival lists it for ages 6 to adult.
