The Puppet Company, whose founder Randal J. Metz directs the Storybook Puppet Theater at Children's Fairyland, returns to Belle Haven Library with its version of a classic Mexican folktale. Why do coyotes howl, why can Rabbit be seen on the moon, and why is that cactus doing the Chicken Dance? The colorful 45-minute show uses an upbeat soundtrack of Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. It is free, on Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 11 a.m., and is tagged for families and children.
