The Oakley Library's annual Howl la la Boo celebration invites families to come in costume for an evening of spooky arts and crafts, a Halloween story and games. It is free and open to all ages and abilities, and it runs 6 to 7:30 pm, early enough for younger children. Registration is used to send a reminder and help librarians plan, and the registration list was showing full when checked, so arrive early or check for openings. Sponsored by the Friends of the Oakley Library.
