Foster City Recreation's 2026 Halloween Festival is Saturday, October 24 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Leo J. Ryan Park. Children ages 2–12 trick-or-treat from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM along a trail of local business and community booths in the Leo J. Ryan Meadow; children under 10 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Costume contest entry closes at 12:45 PM, the Costume Contest & Kids' Fashion Show runs 1:00–1:30 PM at the Amphitheater (Best Individual, Best Group, Most Creative, Best Pet Costume), and a Spooky Magic Show follows 1:30–2:00 PM. Registration and wristband pickup are at the Community Center (650 Shell Blvd). Fees: trick-or-treat ages 2–12 $10 residents / $12 non-residents; adults not trick-or-treating $5 residents / $7 non-residents; no extra fee for the costume contest.
