The Millbrae Cultural Arts Advisory Committee hosts a Día de los Muertos evening in the Great Hall of the Millbrae Recreation Center, honoring life and tradition through music, dance and art. There are children's activities and a dance performance by Mills High School's Latino Mentor Program. From October 15 to November 7, families can also visit the Recreation Center lobby to add photos or mementos of loved ones to the community ofrenda, a meaningful way to talk with children about remembering family members. The celebration runs from 6 to 8 pm.
