Treats & Tails is an early trick-or-treat afternoon run by the Highlands Youth Advisory Board at Blakely Hall in the Issaquah Highlands. Children put on their Halloween costumes and bring a bag to collect treats, and families are welcome to bring their pets too. The trick-or-treating activities are designed for kids aged 3 to 10, and every child must be accompanied by an adult. Teen volunteers run the event, so the organizers ask for patience. Entry is free. New this year, $5 VIP tickets guarantee entry during a reserved timeslot and help cover costs. It suits families with preschool and elementary-age children who want a daytime Halloween outing a couple of weeks early.
