Young Harry Potter fans aged 7 to 11 cook with a parent in this Saturday class on Nov. 21, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Led by Amanda Anderson, pairs prepare dishes inspired by the books: Three Broomsticks-style butterbeer, ham-and-cheese pasties, potatoes with béchamel sauce, "dragon wand" vegetables with a dipping sauce, and individual berry-pudding trifles for dessert. The class is hands-on, so kids measure, mix and assemble alongside their grown-up. The fee is $135 for the parent-and-child pair.
