A hands-on homeschool workshop at Dunedin Public Library that explores the art and science of melt-and-pour candles. Children ages 6 to 12 work through the process themselves and each creates their own unique container candle to take home, a timely project for the week before winter break. All materials are provided by the library. The session runs 75 minutes in the library's Meeting Room B on a weekday morning, a slot aimed at homeschooling families. Registration is required and opens December 1 at 9:30 AM; spaces in library workshops like this tend to be limited, so sign up early. No fee is listed.
