Glazer Children's Museum's winter break camp, Imaginative Inventors, turns campers into engineers. Children work through hands-on design and build challenges and learn the basics of engineering, robotics and coding, with museum playtime mixed in. Camp is for ages 5-10 and is sold by the day for six days over the school break: December 21, 22, 23, 28, 29 and 30. The price includes programming and supplies, museum playtime, morning and afternoon snacks and a Camp Imagination T-shirt; lunch can be added. Drop-off is 8:30-9:00 am and pick-up 4:30-5:00 pm. Members save 10% by calling Guest Services for a promo code, and need-based scholarships are available.
