The first Family Art Lab of 2027 moves to Lubber Run Community Center, where families decorate their own tote bags with supplies provided by Arlington County Parks and Recreation. It is a good winter-break activity for children and parents to do together on a Saturday morning, and the finished bag goes home the same day. As with every Family Art Lab, each person attending must register, children must be accompanied by a participating adult, and families should arrive on time because the project runs the full two hours.
