Old Maryland Farm in Watkins Regional Park offers a guided Family Farm Tour on two dates this fall: Friday, October 23 and Friday, November 20, each from 1 to 2 p.m. The hour-long tour is designed for the whole family and open to ages two and up. Guides bring visitors up close to the farm animals, explain daily life on the farm and how it operates, and give special access to behind-the-scenes areas, using stories and hands-on learning along the way. The county events listing shows the fee as $4-$6, and places are booked ahead through each month's event page. Questions: 301-218-6770 or oldmarylandfarm@pgparks.com.
