What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked or JS-only). Browser rendered PWC times in Asia/Shanghai (+13 h after Nov 1); times converted back to Eastern and cross-checked where the body text states hours. Department listing showed 2026-10-30 (browser-time date); event page shows Thursday, October 29. Times removed at review: the site rendered them in the viewer time zone, so the event-local time is not confirmed.
