Family October Fest is an evening of Halloween fun for the whole family at Patrick Henry Recreation Center. Expect games, a spooky haunted house, arts and crafts, snacks and prizes. It is listed for all ages, costs $10, and families register online through the city. The indoor setting makes it a reliable option if the weather turns on the night before Halloween.
