Trek or Treat at Watkins Regional Park on Friday, October 23, 2026 (5:30–8:30 pm) is a family-friendly haunted trail designed for children 12 and under. Kids come in costume and walk a trail with spooky games, roaming entertainers, creepy-but-kid-safe scenes and Halloween surprises, collect candy and treats along the way, pass the park's 50-foot 'Trick-or-Tree', and pick a pumpkin before leaving. The walk takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Advance registration is required and space is limited; this year participants choose a staggered entry window when buying tickets. Every child must be pre-registered and accompanied by at least one non-paying adult. Tickets are $5 for county residents and $7 for non-residents.
