Prince William County hosts its first-ever Trunk-or-Treat at the Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center in Woodbridge. Families come in costume and go from trunk to trunk collecting candy, greeted by staff from several county agencies, for a safe, low-key alternative to neighborhood trick-or-treating. The event is free and aimed at children from 6 months to 12 years, and it runs for two hours on the afternoon before Halloween weekend.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked or JS-only). Browser rendered PWC times in Asia/Shanghai (+13 h after Nov 1); times converted back to Eastern and cross-checked where the body text states hours. The department listing showed 2026-10-30 because it rendered the date in browser time; the event page shows Thursday, October 29. Times removed at review: the site rendered them in the viewer time zone, so the event-local time is not confirmed.
