About this adventure

World of Illumination brings its drive-through Christmas show back to Six Flags White Water in Marietta for the 2026 season. This year's theme is Rockin' Christmas: host MC Mic leads cars along a mile-long route billed as the world's largest animated drive-through light show, past a tunnel of giant headphones, a jingle-bells vortex, Christmas-tree guitars and towering stacks of speakers, all animated in sync with holiday songs that you tune in on the car radio once staff point you to the station. Families stay in their own vehicle the whole time, which makes it an easy outing with babies, toddlers or grandparents who would rather not walk in the cold. The organizer says a drive-through takes about 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic, that weeknights move faster than weekends, and suggests bringing snacks or games for the wait in line. The show runs rain or shine; if severe weather forces a cancellation, ticket holders are emailed and offered a refund or a new date. Each season gets a brand-new theme, so families who came last year will see a different show, and photos through an open window are encouraged.
