Science-based kids training program with weekly 45-minute classes grouped by developmental stage: BabyStrong (crawling to walking, parent-and-child), walking to 2 years, 2 to 4 years, 4 to 7 years and 7 to 11 years. Activities range from crawling drills and sensory play for babies to obstacle courses, climbing walls, strategy games and leadership roles for older kids. Parents join class on the floor with kids under 4. The center also runs day camps during summer and holiday weeks for kids ages 4-11, with no membership required, and offers a trial class.
