About this adventure
The Carroll Arts Center marks the 20th anniversary of its A Charlie Brown Jazz Christmas, in which the animated 1965 special A Charlie Brown Christmas (rated G, 30 minutes) is shown while the Eric Byrd Trio plays Vince Guaraldi's jazz score live. The afternoon and early-evening shows add family extras: photos with Snoopy, a Peanuts dance contest and sing-alongs, and this year chorus students from Gerstell Academy join the performance. The Arts Council bills it as a holiday show for families and jazz fans alike. Tickets range from $10 to $30 through the Arts Center box office.
